Mr. Dressler joined the Bethlehem Lutheran staff as 4th grade teacher and co-Youth Director in 1971. He served in that position until 1979 when he began teaching 8th grade and became the Athletic Director until 1995. In the fall of 1995 he was asked to serve as interim Principal and later that school year was called to be the Principal of Bethlehem Lutheran School. He has served in that position since 1995. During his Principalship he has taught advanced Algebra to 8th graders. His hobbies include landscaping and volleyball officiating. Mr. Dressler has also coached basketball, volleyball, soccer, and track over the years.
Mr. Dressler is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. He graduated from Concordia University in Chicago in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Arts in Education in 1975. He and his wife Linda have been blessed with two daughters Emily & Brenna.
